Peter Stolvoort began drawing and painting at an early age, using paints and brushes his father brought home as a faux-finish painter in The Netherlands. His family immigrated to America when he was nine, and Peter retains the Dutch love of nature’s vibrant colors.

Peter graduated from the Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia where he studied painting, printmaking, and design. He also studied painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He lives and works in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Peter Stolvoort’s works are housed in many private collections throughout North America and Europe.
